"Hi Mary Jo,
I just wanted to give you some feedback from my first time out at Wakeboard Wedneday. It was a great time! The guys were all helpful. At first it was a bit intimidating with all these young guys flying all over, but Steve made me feel comfortable out there. He taught me some simple little tricks that made me a heck of a lot better. I hope to get out there several more times before the end of the Summer. I talked to a friend of mine whose kids compete on the pro tour (juniors) and recommended that they come out and take a session or bring Steve out for a few hours.
I also wanted to thank you and your staff for the great years that you have given me. You've made my skiing and boating seasons much more enjoyable. You all have been great to me - especially you, Teri, Mike, John, Greg, Steve, Matt, Adam and Jenny (and anyone else who I might have missed). You have a customer for life!

"My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Malibu Iride. I have been driving past your dealership two times a year since I was 12 years old on my way to the Volo Auto Museum, knowing one day I would buy a Malibu from you. WHen the time came, your sales staff was patient, NOT pushy, and extremely helpful in helping us find the right boat and more importantly the right price.

"We were looking for a new boat and we just happened to stop by to see what was being offered by Chaparral. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant and we had a great experience. Adam Koleno took care of us on the purchase and on some subsequent warranty issues and everything was done very professionally. Since then we have had the boat in for regular maintenance and the service department has been prompt and thorough. All in all this was a very good experience and we would recommend your dealership to anyone."
